General information on the right of withdrawal (European Union) / Cancellation policy
As a buyer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union and are not personalized products. This means that after you have taken possession of the last item in your order, you have 14 calendar days to declare your withdrawal or revocation.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
⚠️ Please note: Products that have been manufactured according to your customer specifications or customized or tailored to your personal needs are excluded from withdrawal. Specifically, this includes all products marked as “customizable” (e.g., items for which a personalized/custom text is entered at the time of purchase or commissioned, customer-specific deviations from the predefined product—e.g., larger/smaller graphics, special choice of color, etc.). EXPLICITLY EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL!
The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers, not to businesses. A consumer is a person who enters into a legal transaction, i.e., makes a declaration of intent regarding a matter that cannot be attributed to their professional or commercial activity.
Procedure
To initiate a revocation, you can inform us of your decision to revoke this contract at contact@cockpitchuckles.com. You can use the sample revocation form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

We will then send you information on how and where to send the package. Items that are returned to us without prior notification of withdrawal will not be accepted.

Consequences of cancellation
You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.
Exchanges
Since each product is individually made to order for you, we unfortunately cannot offer free exchanges due to dissatisfaction or incorrect size. We therefore recommend that you take a close look at our size charts before ordering.
👉 Please do not send anything to our address without consulting us first - since we do not manufacture the products ourselves, we are unfortunately unable to process returns here.
Damage & Product Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Of course, in justified cases, we will provide a free replacement.
