Free shipping on orders over €70
We offer free shipping on orders over €70. This is automatically applied in your shopping cart.
Regular shipping costs
- €6.50 for orders under €70 to the EU and the United Kingdom (UK)
- €10.00 for orders under €70 to EFTA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland)

Standard shipping & production times
We work with a decentralized network of print-on-demand partners. This means that your order is always produced and shipped from the nearest location in order to keep delivery times as short as possible and avoid unnecessary transport routes.
The production time for our clothing products and mugs is approximately 2-7 business days (depending on the product and availability). The majority are shipped within 3 business days.
- EU countries and the United Kingdom (UK): Usually 4 to 8 business days.
- EFTA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland): 5 to 10 business days, depending on location
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. It may take 24 to 48 hours for the code to be provided.
Customs and import fees
Within the EU: There are no additional customs fees or import taxes for shipments within the European Union.
Outside the EU: Different regulations regarding customs duties and import sales tax may apply to shipments outside the EU. These fees are levied by the customs authorities of the respective destination country and must be paid by you. If you refuse to accept the package, the fees will still be charged and, in the event of a return, invoiced to you.
Returns due to damage or product problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue. In justified cases, we will of course provide a replacement free of charge.
Returns under European withdrawal rights
As a buyer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union and are not personalized products. This means that after you have taken possession of the last item in your order, you have 14 calendar days to declare your withdrawal or revocation.

⚠️ No exchanges for incorrect sizes
As each product is made individually for you, we are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges due to dissatisfaction or incorrect sizes. We therefore recommend that you take a close look at our size charts before placing your order.
