Hi, I'm David Ornigg and I founded Cockpit Chuckles in Graz, Austria, in 2025. I've been fascinated by aviation for years, but I've always known that flying doesn't have to be serious, technical, and disciplined all the time. With Cockpit Chuckles, I want to create clothing that combines the spirit of aviation with a dose of humor.
My mission
My goal is to design cool and funny T-shirts, hoodies, and other items for pilots and all aviation enthusiasts—clothing that not only looks good but also brings a smile to the cockpit (or the street).
Cockpit Chuckles aims to bring together a community that loves flying – and does so with a smile. Because even though aviation requires precision and professionalism, it should never be without fun. That's exactly what I want to express with my designs.
Authenticity instead of fakes
It is important to me to be transparent: Cockpit Chuckles is not a fake dropshipping store, but a genuine labor of love. All products are produced by European print-on-demand partners based on my designs. They also take care of shipping and returns—so you can be sure that you will receive your product reliably, in good quality, and without any unpleasant surprises.
