Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Changes or cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed. Please contact us immediately using our contact form.
How do I know if my order was successful?
Once your order is complete, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email with all the details.
Products
Where do the products come from and who manufactures them?
We use a large, established print-on-demand provider in Europe. They manufacture and deliver the products after you place your order.
Depending on which country you order from, your products will come from either Latvia, Spain, or the United Kingdom.
Why is a product marked as “sold out”?
Even though the products are made to order and shipped, there might be times when the raw materials aren't available. If you want a product that's marked as “sold out,” just check back in a few days or get in touch with us, and we'll check with the supplier again.
Are the product colors exactly as shown in the pictures?
We strive to display colors as realistically as possible. However, slight color variations due to different screen settings or production-related processes are possible, and we and our production service provider cannot guarantee color accuracy.
How do I find the right size & fit?
Each product has a link to a size chart or measurements. Please compare these with your own measurements to choose the right size.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?

Please note: All products are manufactured after ordering! In addition to shipping time, there is also production time, which can take between 2-7 business days, depending on the product and availability.
Which shipping service provider is used?
Shipping is handled by our print-on-demand service provider. They use the best option and a nationally available service provider.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.
Returns
The product I ordered does not fit. Can I simply exchange it?
No, exchanges are not possible due to print-on-demand production. To ensure you choose the right size, please check the size information and fits before ordering.
Can I return my order?
There is generally no right of exchange or voluntary return.
However, you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online orders within the EU (with the exception of personalized products).

Payments
What payment methods are available?
We offer common payment methods such as PayPal, credit card, instant transfer (Klarna), and other country-specific payment methods where applicable.
Is payment in the shop secure?
We use Shopify's established system called Shopify Payments. All payments are also processed via encrypted SSL connections and are therefore secure.
